Wordish Wednesday: Egg Hunt

Hello beautiful people! 

I am back! Miss me? I missed you!!

I sort of took a little blog vacation. Things have just been hectic & I had some health stuff going on, still fighting a cold so, my little blog got neglected. But, no more!  

I could go on & on but eh.. let's just keep this the happy place, shall we?

Saturday was a rather nice day, a little cloudy but there was an egg hunt in the little park right behind our house. So, we loaded up in the wagon with baskets & off we went.

The girls had a ton fun! They each got a fair amount of eggs & an entire bag of candy.. yippee!

Can't wait for more Easter fun & activities this weekend!

Jaelyn loves books. I wonder why she gets it from, ha. She will sit & read (well, her version of reading) an entire stack of books and then go back & get more. I do try to read to them every day! And, speaking of books... I volunteered my time tonight at Jaelyn's school to help out with the book fair! Yay! I don't get to do a whole lot since I work during the day so when this popped up, I jumped at the chance. I hope they raise of ton of money.

WW: Boots

  Feels like forever since I've posted! Ahhh!

Guess that just means life is busy, which is does get that way sometimes.

I had Monday off for the President's Day holiday &

 I took yesterday off to make it a 4-day weekend, woohoo!

We took the girls to the Please Touch Museum in Phildelphia, they had SUCH a blast! So fun!

I will share those pictures another day... but for today, I am sharing my sassy little 3 year old Abbie in her boots that she has been begging to wear for about a week now. She even said "Mommy, take my picture" and put her hand on her hip. haha! She is too much!

Wordish Wednesday: Concentration

Jaelyn is practicing writing her name, spelling it, saying it correctly. Her teacher sent home some worksheets for her to trace so we have been trying to make a habit to do this with her every night. She does pretty well! There are only a few letters which she needs help with doing the right way... like from top to bottom, etc.  I love seeing her concentrate so hard on it & so proud of herself when she finishes!

Happy Wednesday!

I'm a little jealous of some of you that are getting snow. Mind sending some this way? I'm not a HUGE fan of Winter but man, a little snow wouldn't be so bad. At least 1 or 2 snow days! It's suppose to get into the 50s again this weekend.. what is that?

Wordish Wednesday: The Peppermint Twist

  The girls had their very first gymnastics 'show' on Saturday - The Peppermint Twist!

The looked so cute in their little red outfits. I am so happy that they enjoy it so much! Plus, it helps get some of that energy out. They took very good naps after the show!

The lighting in the gym is AWFUL. BLAH! But I still managed some pictures....
